Thursday, April 30
• Noon – Midnight ~ Hospitality Suite – Room 101
• 8:30 pm ~ Left-Center-Right game in Hospitality Suite
Friday, May 1
• 8:00am – Noon ~ Family Time ~ Hospitality Suite
• Noon – 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm – Midnight ~ Hospitality Suite
• 1:00 pm ~ Cornhole & Horseshoe Tournaments on the beach ($10 per player must be paid in advance)
• 6:00-7:30 pm ~ Reception in Ballroom ~ Hosted bar and Heavy Hors D’oeuvres
Saturday, May 2
• 7:30am – Golf Tournament at the Eagle Nest Golf Club
401 Eagles Nest Road, Little River, NC (about 15 minutes from the resort)
* $90 per player – must be paid in advance
* Golf tee times begin at 7:30 am (arrive by 7:15)
* Room for only 40 golfers – sign up early to secure your spot.
* Driving Range for an additional fee
* Can request one person to be paired with
• 8:00am – Noon ~ Family Time ~ Hospitality Suite
• Noon – 4:30 pm ~ Hospitality Suite
• 6:00pm-midnight ~ Derby Party Reception and Dinner in Ballroom with Hosted bar.
* Place your bets and watch the Kentucky Derby race.
* “Deal or No Deal,” bucket raffles, and door prizes will follow dinner.
Sunday, May 3
Departure ~ Have a safe return!

- Registration packets will be available in the hospitality suite, including name badges, a registration list, a schedule of events, and a gift.
- Badges must be worn during all scheduled events.
- Dress is casual for all events.
- The Hospitality Suite is in Room 101 and will be open daily except during receptions. Schedules for all recreational activities will be posted in the suite. Badges are required.
